Additional Rules
Whilst we don’t mind dogs being left at the owners discretion we ask due to its central location that dogs are checked on a minimum of every 3 hours for their own comfort. Any damage caused by unattended dogs will be claimed for through the Airbnb resolution centre. Please use the Contact button to enquire if you wish to bring dogs. Please use the throws provided to protect the furniture.
Additional keys must not be cut nor additional guests without permission.. You may not exceed 9 guests with the exception of babies in travel cots.
A security deposit of £100 is payable via Bank Transfer no less than 1 week before arrival. Access to the property will not be allowed if this has not been recieved. This will be returned within one week of check out with deductions only being made for any damage, theft or excessive cleaning

The house benefits from a private and enclosed front and rear outside space and has Free Superfast Fibre Wi-Fi and Smart televisions in the lounge and bedrooms. Additional downstairs cloakroom.
The space
Sanderling is entered through an entrance vestibule which is perfect for keeping little ones and four legged friends safe inside. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 8 people and adjoins the dining room which provides a fantastic open-plan social space. where the dining table can be extended to seat 8 or 10 people.
The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and oven. Whilst most people enjoy eating out on holiday there is also cookware for those that prefer to cook themselves.
The utility space off the kitchen has a washing machine so you don’t need to bring as much luggage and the house also benefits from a downstairs cloakroom consisting of a toilet and handwash basin.
At the top of the stairs you come to the huge house bathroom which has a bath with a shower over, toilet and basin. Up a couple of stairs to the next landing and you will come to Bedroom 1 and 2. Bedroom 1 has a beautiful Laura Ashley bed with Airsprung mattress, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe and a wall mounted Smart TV with FreeSat and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk bed with the bottom bunk being a double bed and the top a single both of which have comfy memory foam mattresses. It also has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe and also benefits from a wall mounted Smart TV with FreeSat.
Up the second flight of stairs you come to bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 3 has a beautiful Art Deco style gold bed with an Airsprung mattress, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. and a Smart TV with FreeSat. Bedroom 4 has a comfy double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a wall mounted Smart TV with FreeSat
The enclosed rear patio area is perfect relaxing space for little ones and dogs to sit out safely affording both areas of sun and shade throughout the day. The table and chairs provided mean you can realx with a coffee or breakfast alfresco or folded to create more space if required.
Sanderling is a dog friendly property but we do ask people to respect those that don’t bring dogs to make use of the throws provided. Many properties do not allow dogs to be left unattended. You know your dog best and if you are confident they will not become distressed then we are happy for them to be left for a maximum of 3 hours before someone comes to check on them for their own comfort.
Parking for one vehicle is included with each booking and a digital parking permit will be activated on your arrival. This enables you to park anywhere in the Controlled Parking Zone B. The adjacent street does not require any permits to park. If you are a Blue Badge holder you do not require a parking permit.
