Sanderling’s proximity to the beach, Town Centre and theatres make it a perfect place to stay in the beautiful seaside town of Bridlington. It’s location is perfect with the sandy South Beach just three minutes walk away which holds a Keep Britain Tidy Seaside Award, and the harbour 5 minutes walk away. The Town centre with its wide choice of shops, amusements, funfair and eateries also within a 10 minute stroll, you can leave the car behind as an on street parking permit is included with each booking. Bridlington has nature, wildlife, heritage and entertainment with its proximity to RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Sewerby Hall and Animal Park, Burton Agnes Hall and Gardens and Bridlington Animal Park and Birds of Prey Centre, funfair and Bridlington Spa and Spotlight Theatres. We truly believe there is something for everyone.

Local area
The coastal village of Bridlington is on the East Coast of the Yorkshire coastline with surrounding picturesque villages and attractions making the location an ideal holiday for all. Bridlington is by nature quite flat so easy to get around.
RSPB Bempton Cliffs is known for its breeding seabirds, including my personal favourites the Puffins, which can usually be seen during May and June. The historical buildings of Sewerby Hall and Burton Agness Hall are close by and have regular events throughout the year. Bridlington Spa and Spotlight theatre are both just 350 yards away and have events and shows providing a variety of entertainment for all age groups.
There are a multitude of local pubs, restaurants and eateries in the area and, should you want to travel further afield, Bridlington Train Station is under a 10 minute walk away which is situated adjacent to the local Tesco supermarket. For those forgotten items, a Costcutter is just around the corner.

The house benefits from a private and enclosed rear outside space with a small table suitable for a morning coffee. The front garden is fenced to a minimum height of 4 feet with a garden bench to relax and sit in the sun in the evening.

Checkin & Checkout
Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival. This allows us to do a deep clean to ensure the house is sparkling clean. Checkout is 10.00am on the day of your departure.

We had a lovely stay here despite the terrible weather. The location is great for access to beach and shops and the house had everything we needed. We loved Brid and Kirsty was a great host. She was really quick to respond to questions and everything went really smoothly.

A lovely big house, tastefully decorated, dog friendly and only a few minutes walk from the beach. What more could you ask for? We all had a great time and have already booked our next visit!
We had a lovely stay. Kirsty has created a beautiful home with the help of her daughter. We travelled with 3 kids aged 8, 4 &1. All were very happy with their room and we were very happy they were provided for with cutlery, steps potty and a babygate if needed. So close to the beach that we didn’t use our car all week. Lovely escape.
Kirstys place is only a few minutes from the beach, perfect. Beautiful large bedrooms.
A spacious house right in the centre of Bridlington; a couple of streets back from the seafront. Lots of little touches to make it home from home; toys for the kids and books to read. TV’s in the bedrooms meant the kids could watch their programmes (disney + is a great bonus) whilst I could watch the grand prix. Kitchen and dining facilities were great for a family of 6.
